Play responsibly, stay safe
Entertainment at kf99 is not just about winning — it means playing with awareness, in moderation, and with enjoyment. Our responsible gaming policy keeps you safe at all times.
Our commitment
kf99 believes that online gaming should be an enjoyable and entertaining experience. We want every player on our platform to play in a safe environment and remain aware of their own limits. That is why we have made responsible gaming a core foundation of our platform.
Gambling is a form of entertainment — it is not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, do not hesitate to seek help. kf99's support team is by your side 24/7.
Our platform offers a range of tools and features to help you maintain full control over your gaming habits. From deposit limits to self-exclusion — everything is within your reach.
Core principles of responsible gaming
Make informed decisions
Before placing each bet, ask yourself — is this truly for entertainment, or am I trying to recover losses? A mindful attitude is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Set a budget
Decide on a fixed budget before you play and stick to it. Avoid placing extra bets to chase lost money. Financial discipline is the key to safe gaming.
Respect your time limits
Take breaks instead of gaming for long stretches at a time. Set a daily time limit for yourself and follow it. Maintaining balance with family and work is important.
Self-exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, contact kf99 support to request a temporary or permanent account suspension. This service is completely free.
Protection of minors
kf99 strictly enforces the 21+ age rule. If there are minors in your household, keep your device password-protected and keep your account details private.
No need to be afraid to ask for help
Do not carry a gaming problem alone. kf99's support team is ready to help in Bengali and English, 24/7. Talk to a family member or trusted friend as well.
Our safety tools
kf99 provides the following tools to give its players full control over their gaming habits. Contact the support team to use them.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A 24-hour cooling-off period applies to increasing a limit.
Time-Out Feature
If you need a temporary break, pause your account for a set period — from 24 hours to several weeks. During this time, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.
Self-exclusion
If you need a longer break, request that your account be fully suspended. Once this mode is active, you will no longer receive any promotional messages.
Gaming History Review
View your complete transaction and gaming activity history. Understanding your own patterns is an important part of responsible gaming.
For adults only
You must be at least 21 years old to participate at kf99. If the age verification process is not completed, withdrawals may be held. We reserve the right to verify the identity and age of all players.

Top tips for safe gaming
To get the most enjoyment from online gaming and stay safe, kf99 recommends following the tips below:
Only play with money you can afford to lose without it causing any hardship in your life.
Before you play, decide in advance what you will do if you win and where you will stop if you lose.
Do not place bets while drinking or under mental stress — impaired judgment increases the risk of harm.
Take at least one break from gaming every day and focus on other activities.
If you feel anxious or frustrated about game results, end the session immediately.
Never use your account password in front of underage members of your household.
